We do not ask you for any sensitive data. If organising an Experience requires specific information that you provide voluntarily (for example a dietary restriction or allergy), it is used only for that Experience, on the basis of your consent, and deleted afterwards.
The fields marked as required in our forms are necessary to process your request; without them, we cannot act on it.
We neither sell nor rent your data. The communications we send you (circle news, invitations) are sent as part of the relationship or with your consent, and you can ask to no longer be contacted at any time by simply emailing us.
Your data is processed by Satkāra Society and is never transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be hosted or processed by our technical service providers, who are bound by confidentiality:
As membership fees and Experiences are paid by bank transfer, no online payment provider is involved. No fully automated decision-making or advertising profiling is carried out. Any transfer of data outside the European Union would be governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

The site is served over HTTPS, access to its administration is restricted and protected, and regular backups are made. We implement reasonable, up-to-date measures to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
